School Events 2017

Junior School Production

Hansel and Gretel

Not your typical "Hansel and Gretel" story, we had hungry birds nibbling all the bread crumbs, talking trees warning us to stay out of the forest, robbers that tried to kidnap the children and then goblins that lured the children to eat at the witches house! Our narrators also doubled as dancing lollies.
Fantastic performances by the Year 1 - 4 students, directed by Cherie Livingstone.
Thank you to all the parents and ex-students that created costumes, painted sets, and found props, your help was truly appreciated.

Book Fair Week

We had the Scholastic Book Fair at school and the theme was "Pirates".  Every day there was a different competition and it was great to see students (with help from their parents) hunting high and low around their homes to find books that matched the competition.
Monday - smallest book competition.
Won by Isabella in Kahikatea with a very tiny Sylvannian Family book.
Tuesday - dress up as a pirate.
